PRODUCT SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Products ordered from the BalletShop online store will be shipped and delivered on business days, Monday to Friday. By accessing your account, you can check the orders placed and the status of your order in real-time. We can only guarantee the successful delivery of an order if the delivery address is correctly indicated. A delivery is considered complete or a product is considered delivered with the signing of the delivery receipt at the agreed address.

SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping costs associated with your order will be billed per order; that is, if you order more than one item, you will only pay the shipping costs once. However, BALLETSHOP (“BALLETSHOP – Artigos de Dança, LDA.”) reserves the right to split the delivery of the order, for example, if part of the order is delayed or unavailable. In the event of splitting the order, the customer will be notified by email. For this purpose, the email address provided by the customer at the time of purchase will be used.

  • For deliveries in Mainland Portugal, Madeira, and the Azores, the shipping cost is €10 per order, which will be charged on the invoice but will be waived for purchases over €100.

Upon delivery, you should inspect the packaging and the products sent to check for any damage. If you find that the products are damaged, you should not accept the delivery, which should be immediately returned through the Return mechanism provided at www.balletshop.pt. BALLETSHOP (“BALLETSHOP – Artigos de Dança, LDA.”) will refund the amounts paid for the order and transportation as soon as it receives and completes the return process at its headquarters.

The order is considered accepted if, after receiving the order, it is not returned within the following 15 days.

ORDER DELIVERY TIMES

Once your order is registered, payment is confirmed, and all ordered items are available, BalletShop (“BALLETSHOP – Artigos de Dança, LDA.”) commits to dispatching it within the following delivery times:

  • In Mainland Portugal, Madeira, and the Azores between 5 and 10 business days.

BalletShop (“BALLETSHOP – Artigos de Dança, LDA.”) will not be responsible for failure or delay in fulfilling any shipping obligation caused by an event of force majeure, that is, an event, act, or omission beyond its reasonable control.
